These Terms govern your use of Rankdar (the "Service", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.
1. The Service
Rankdar provides SEO and advertising research tools: keyword research, site and competitor reports, backlink data, ad research, rank tracking and a site crawler (Site Health). Data comes from third-party providers and from our own crawler. It is estimated, may be incomplete or delayed, and is provided for information only. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic or any other result.
2. Accounts
- You must give accurate information and keep your password and email account secure. If you sign in with Google, the security of your Google account is your responsibility.
- Tell us promptly at support@rankdar.com about any unauthorised use of your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- A workspace may have several members; each person uses their own account.
3. Plans, credits and payment
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or as stated at checkout, through our reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, whose terms also apply to your purchase.
- Each plan includes credits for every billing period, a number of tracked keywords and a number of Site Health pages. Reports use credits as shown in the app. Opening the same report again on the same day is not charged again.
- Unused plan credits do not roll over: your balance is reset to your plan's allowance at the start of each billing period. Credit packs bought separately, where offered, remain valid for 12 months from purchase.
- If a report fails or returns no data because of a problem on our side, the credits are returned automatically.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; the new price applies from your next billing period.
- If a payment fails, we may limit paid features until it is resolved.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- resell, redistribute or publish the data in bulk, or use it to build a competing database;
- scrape the Service, run reports with bots or scripts, or get around credit, rate or plan limits;
- use Site Health on websites you are not allowed to test, or to overload any website;
- break the law, infringe the rights of others, or upload malicious code;
- probe or attack the Service, or share an account to avoid paying.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and we may refuse requests that look abusive.
6. Site Health crawler
When you start an audit, our crawler (RankdarBot) requests the public pages of the domain you enter. It follows robots.txt and the page limits of your plan. You are responsible for auditing only websites you own or are authorised to test. More about the crawler: RankdarBot.
7. Your content
You keep all rights to the domains, keywords, lists and projects you add. You give us the licence we need to operate the Service with them. We may use aggregated, anonymised usage data to improve the Service.
8. Our rights
The Service, its software, design and brand belong to us or our licensors. Report exports are for your internal use and for your own clients, within the limits of section 5.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties for data, hosting, sign-in and payments. We are not responsible for their outages or errors, but we will work to limit the impact on you.
10. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features. If we remove a core feature of a paid plan, you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund for the unused part of the period.
11. Disclaimer
The Service and all data are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate it if you breach these Terms or if the law requires it. When your account ends, your right to use the Service ends, and we delete or anonymise your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country gives you the right to another forum.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the updated Terms.
